WHY CAN'T I CONTACT THE RIDER? THE PHONE IS NOT RINGING

Make sure you are using the same phone registered to your CAR account. Another reason could be that your caller ID is blocked on your phone. The caller ID must be turned on to contact the Rider through the CAR app.
