If your account is deactivated because you're missing or need to update required vehicle documents (e.g. missing inspection forms, etc.), first go to your CAR app menu and see what documents need updating. You’ll see a red check if they need to be updated. Upload the new documents and this should get you giving rides again. If you need further assistance, contact us below and attach a photo of the document so we can review it.
