UNABLE TO RATE OR REVIEW A RIDER

We do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. Please first try signing out of your Call a Ride app and signing back in. If this problem still exists, follow the steps below:

  1. Make sure you have the latest software updated.
  2. Close all of the apps on your device.
  3. Turn airplane mode on and then off.
  4. Shut down your device and restart it.
  5. Uninstall, and reinstall the Call a Ride app.
