UNABLE TO ACCEPT OR END A RIDE

The app may be slow to respond. Here are a few things you can try.

Always keep your phone charged and close out of unnecessary apps. If your CAR app is frozen or locked up, try these steps. You will continue your current ride even if you exit or uninstall the app.

  1. Force quit your app and reopen it.
  2. Turn airplane mode on and off.
  3. Reboot your phone.
  4. Uninstall and reinstall the CAR app.
