So, if you forget to end the ride, you can adjust accordingly. The Driver also has 3 minutes at the end of a ride to inspect the vehicle to ensure there is no damage. If there's a problem, the Driver simply taps the "Problem" button and takes a picture and notes. If there is not a problem, the Driver taps "Continue" and will now be able to accept another ride.
