Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email. Please allow for additional time for International orders and inclement weather and natural disaster.

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com will notify the buyer by email, if there will be delays to insufficient inventory or information that is provided by the buyer is unclear.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

* Overnight delivery is not available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States or internationally

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please see the shipper of use for up to date policies on shipping and warranties.

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com will display the shipper of choice upon check or by tracking number.

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com will not ship any product using customer shipping company or telephone orders.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com does not ship too APO/FPO/DPO addresses domestically.

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com does not ship too APO/FPO/DPO addresses internationally.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation # automatically by email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Lost/Damaged/Stolen Goods

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com is not liable for any products lost, damaged or stolen during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. The customer agrees that the risk of loss and title for any printed Product pass to you (the customer) upon pickup by the carrier.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping Policy

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com will ship out the products through our chosen carrier only. Please note shipping costs are just estimated at the time of check out.

Call A Ride and CallaRide.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
