RIDER REFUSED TO PAY FOR RIDE FARE ADJUSTMENTS
Update 04/13/20
We apologize if you are experiencing any problems with adjusting the fare. The fare is an upfront estimate given to the rider before the ride starts. If the driver knows that there will be an adjustment to the fare, it's always best to let the rider know as soon as possible. It's always best to address any adjustment in advance to avoid any potential conflict and/or issues. Remember, at Call A Ride, it's not just about random rides; It's all about building relationships and repeat business. Drivers want to give the best customer service possible. Being upfront and honest is the best policy. If you feel that a rider or specific ride experience needs to be followed up, please let us know below and we'll be happy to look into it further.
