RIDER COMPLAINED ABOUT INSURANCE, SERVICE OR BOOKING FEES

At Call a Ride, we believe in being transparent. The estimate price given to the Rider upfront includes the booking fee and estimated insurance, service fee, tolls, airport fees and driver's rate. We apologize if the Rider complains about any fees. Please reassure the Rider that these fees are all upfront and included in the estimated cost of the ride. We always give the Driver the right to adjust the fare if needed. If you believe the fees were miscalculated, please advise us below. We will be happy to look into the matter and get back to you in a timely manner.
