Social media is a huge part of making drivers successful on the Call A Ride platform. Once you have created a driver account, the first thing you want to do is to share your driver profile/info with all of your friends on additional social media platforms of your choice. The app will prompt you to share that you are a driver with Call A Ride. The sharing tool will include a link to your driver profile so that your friends can either download the Call A Ride app (if they don't have it downloaded yet) or bring them directly to your profile page on Call A Ride.

After each ride, you'll have the opportunity to rate your rider (and vice versa). When riders request rides, they'll see the driver's previous rating and reviews. When browsing on social media, riders will be able to view their friends' Call A Ride driver recommendations. This will help riders choose familiar and favorited drivers. Remember, riders can choose drivers from their personal contact list on their phone or from their friends on social media (i.e., Facebook) when synced with the CAR app. So, you want to make sure you promote yourself both on social media and to your friends in order to get more ride requests.

The Call A Ride's in-app social platform has a tab where riders can see driver reviews and recommendations (both good or bad) that they have used in the past that have been provided by their friends and/or personal contacts. This is just another tool drivers can use to help riders find themselves on the CAR platform. CAR also allows riders to favorite drivers after each ride so that they can use familiar and/or preferred drivers again and again for future rides.

As a driver on the Call A Ride platform, you have the ability to share your driver profile link at any time via social media. Thus, drivers can promote themselves at any time. Riders also have the ability to recommend you as a driver after every ride. Drivers should always give 5-star service every time to increase their social media recommendations.
