OUTDATED DRIVERS DOCUMENTS UNABLE TO ACCEPT RIDES

If you've been deactivated because you need to update required Driver info, first go to your CAR app menu and see what documents need updating. You’ll see a red check if they need to be updated. Upload the new documents and this should get you giving rides again. If you still need assistance, contact us below and attach a photo of the document so we can review it.
