The QR code is a unique safety feature for both the Rider and the Driver. If the code is not working on your sticker, the Rider can scan the QR code on the Driver's phone to ensure both Rider and Driver are matched correctly. If both of these are not working, please let us know below. Include the following ride info: Driver's name, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and estimated time of your ride and your email address. We will look into this right away and get back to you in a timely manor.
Note: If the QR code on the sticker emblem is not working, please look at the QR code. If the QR code is damaged, please let us know so we can send you a new one.
