I USED THE WRONG PAYMENT METHOD OR ACCOUNT

You can change your payment method or account any time before a ride. If you realized you used the wrong one, you can ask the Driver to close it out. Then you would need to request the Driver again. The Driver can then accept the ride and adjust your ride payment on the new account or payment method.

If your ride fare was billed to the wrong payment method or the wrong account, please contact Support and let us know here. We will assist you with the billing issue if possible.

Please note once the ride request has been accepted by the driver CAR will pre-authorize your payment method for the ride. If the ride is not taken the funds will fall back into your account withing 24 hours.
