I HAD AN ISSUE WITH A RIDER'S PET / SERVICE ANIMAL
Updated 04/13/20
Call A Ride's policy allows riders to ride with their service animals. If you need to report a rider that you suspect is abusing the service animal policy, please let us know below. If you have a problem with a rider and/or with a pet that was not a service animal, please make sure you have updated your driver pet policy.
Then, please let us know about your issue below. Be sure to include the following ride info: Rider's name, pickup and drop-off addresses, date and estimated time of the ride, and your email address.
