HOW WAIT TIME WORKS FOR RIDERS

The Call a Ride platform puts Drivers in control of their business and Riders in control of their rides. Call a Ride Drivers have the ability to adjust their fares. This gives the Driver freedom to offer discounts to Riders for traffic, repeat business, waiting periods for appointments or shopping, daily and weekly rates, etc. The Driver has the ability to adjust the fare up as well as down for things such as parking or tolls that may not be added. This gives the Rider the opportunity to have a Driver wait at a prearranged price or discounted non-driving rate. Note that every Driver can have different prices and services. Not all Drivers will be willing to wait. Badges and the Driver profiles are the best way to find a Driver that fits your needs. When a Rider finds that perfect Driver, don't forget to "favorite" them for future rides. The Rider will be notified of any adjusted fare. Drivers need to be aware of this and advise the Riders of the change in fare before adjusting the fare.
