MY APP IS FROZEN

Sometimes your app may freeze, stop working, not respond or display an error. Do these steps in order:

  1. Make sure you have the latest software updated on your phone's operating system.
  2. Close all of the apps on your device.
  3. Turn airplane mode on and then off.
  4. Shut down your device and; then restart it.
  5. Uninstall and and reinstall the CAR app.
