If you choose to have CAR contact the Driver about your lost item, CAR will call the Driver and arrange a time and place for the Driver to meet you. CAR support will contact you back via phone text or email. Please leave detailed contact info as well as your location and the amount of time you will need to get there.

CAR values all of our Drivers' time and effort. Drivers will be PAID THEIR MINIMUM FARE when they return a lost item to a Riders. However, the Rider is responsible to to meet the Driver at a convenient location for the Driver. As an option, the Rider can pay to have the item shipped to them.
