If you got in an accident, call 911 and report it. At CAR, your safety is number one, so we hope you're OK. After reporting it, please contact "Support" and attach pictures and photos of all four sides of the vehicle and a closeup photo of the damage. Include any necessary details of the event in the message. Your account may be deactivated until the damage is fixed. If you have a second vehicle, you may switch to that vehicle and upload the new info through the app. Please let us know as soon as your vehicle is fixed by providing photos and a picture of the receipt to show the damage was repaired. Upload those to "Support" below or through the CAR app.
