Connectivity can be challenging because each cellular network has different service areas in each city. Here are some common indications of poor connectivity:

  • Can't start or end a ride
  • Unable to accept ride requests
  • App not responding
  • Text message or pop-up notifications about issues with connectivity or device reaching servers
  • Trouble requesting a ride or logging into the app
