CHANGE OF DESTINATION OR MULTIPLE STOPS

Riders can change their destination at any point in the ride. The Rider just needs to go to the CAR app and click on the change destination button. The app alerts the Driver when the Rider requests a change of destination. The Driver then needs to accept the change in destination and the app will change the address destination automatically for you. This way a Rider can pick up friends or other Riders on their way to the final destination. Rides with added stops will probably be longer, which will give the Driver a bigger fare.

Make sure on stops that you ask the Rider about how long they will be while you are waiting. If they don’t return, call them first. If they don’t answer, give them a few minutes. Then, if you wish, you can end the ride instead of canceling. If a Rider ever wants to change their drop-off location, they can change the destination in the app anytime throughout the ride.
