CANCELLATION FEE

The cancellation and no-show fees go directly to the Driver. This will show up in your ride history. Please first check your ride history from the menu in the CAR app. If you are a Driver and you did not receive your cancellation fee, we will be happy to investigate. Please contact us below and include the following:

  • date and time of ride
  • the location of the Rider's pickup

Include a screenshot of your ride history.
