ANTI-DISCRIMINATION POLICY
Updated 04/13/20
Discrimination against riders or drivers based on race, color, national origin, religion, gender, gender identity, physical or mental disability, medical condition, marital status, age, or sexual orientation is neither allowed nor tolerated. It can result in deactivation from the Call A Ride platform.
The CAR family is committed to ensuring that riders who need rides the most can get them. Refusing riders with service animals violates our "Terms of Service" regardless of whether or not the driver's profile shows "pet friendly." Discrimination of any kind may result in the offender's immediate deactivation from the CAR platform.
